At A2B PureClean, we’ve streamlined the process. There’s no need to conceal your key or wait for your cleaning team to arrive, nor stay at home during the cleaning. You can simply request a complimentary lockbox and proceed with your packed schedule.

Those on a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning schedule are entitled to a lockbox provided by A2B PureClean. You can make a request for a lockbox either during your cleaning booking or by getting in touch with our customer service team.

After making a request, your lockbox is expected to reach you within 5 business days. Following its arrival, please update your records to include the 3 or 4-digit code for your lockbox.

We will revise the entry guidelines for all future reservations related to your cleaning plan, upon informing your cleaning team that you have placed the key in the lockbox.

Important to note: The lockbox is completely free of charge for clients on a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning plan. If you decide to cancel your cleaning plan, the lockbox should be returned to A2B PureClean promptly.

Failing to do so will result in a $50 lockbox fee charged to your registered card.
